The VetsEZ team is awarded the Mobile Application Program (MAP) Sustainment and Tier 2/3 Help Desk Support contract
VetsEZ has been awarded a prime contract by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), supporting the Mobile Application Program (MAP) Sustainment and Tier 2/3 Help Desk. Under the scope of this project, VetsEZ will provide help desk support for VA-developed mobile applications (apps). VetsEZ will provide services such as MSSD Tier II and III support, including troubleshooting, development, testing, documentation, release/deployment, analysis, preventative maintenance, review, and reporting services for VA apps.
