VetsEZ is part of the winning team for the Medical Appointment Scheduling System (MASS) contract

VetsEZ is part of a winning team that has been awarded the Medical Appointment Scheduling System (MASS) project contract by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This project will integrate a commercial scheduling application with the VA enterprise. This integration will allow VA to move from a clinic-based scheduling system to a resource-based scheduling system, thereby standardizing and improving scheduling processes, providing resource supply management, and delivering improved access to care for our Veterans. VetsEZ will be responsible for the configuration of the commercial applications, development of interfaces to the VA, testing for integration and validation, deployment, staff training for adoption and usage, and continued organizational change management efforts for the MASS Solution.
