VetsEZ has been awarded a prime contract by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to enhance the Clinician User Interface (CUI). CUI is a powerful tool that adds additional automation to the disability claims backlog process and supports the expansion of access to care for Veterans. CUI allows Veterans to receive services from non-VA providers in their communities when certain conditions are met with the goal of serving the needs of more Veterans and reducing delays in providing services. In order to streamline the disability exam process, VetsEZ will assist in integrating additional VA systems in order to facilitate the assignment of consultations, access to Veteran medical records, increased collaboration between the VA and Community providers, and support quicker collection of more complete medical records from the community provider portal.
