Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) IDIQ

Period of Performance: 5-year base period |  5-year option period

T4NG is a Multi-Agency (MAC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) contract with a base ordering period of 5 years and one 5-year option period, with a program ceiling of $22.3 billion.  The contract is being managed by VA’s Technology Acquisition Center in Eatontown, New Jersey.

Capability Areas Supported:

VetsEZ provides IT services solutions including the following functional areas:  program management, strategy, enterprise architecture and planning; systems/software engineering; software technology demonstration and transition; test and evaluation; independent verification and validation; enterprise network; enterprise management framework; operations and maintenance; cybersecurity; training; IT facilities; and other solutions encompassing the entire range of IT and Health IT requirements, to include software and hardware incidental to the solution.

Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR)

Period of Performance:  5 year base period | 5 year option period

Veteran Enterprise Contracting for Transformation and Operational Readiness (VECTOR), is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule providing a department-wide vehicle for a broad range of general management and business support services and solutions. VECTOR consists of six groups of services:

• Group 1 – Management and Improvement
• Group 2 – Analyses
• Group 3 – Training
• Group 4 – Outreach
• Group 5 – Supply Chain
• Group 6 – Human Resources and Staffing

Capability Areas Supported:

• Management and Improvement including program and project management, strategic planning, performance measurement, etc.
• Analyses, including studies, surveys, statistical and actuarial analysis, records information management, etc.
• Training development and delivery.

Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) SDVOSB Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC)

Period of Performance:  April 2, 2018 through April 29, 2022

The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a ten (10) year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract is intended to provide information technology (IT) solutions and services as defined in FAR 2.101(b) and further clarified in the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996. These IT solutions and services include, but are not limited to, health and biomedical-related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. The contract also contains general IT services partly because medical systems are increasingly integrated within a broader IT architecture, requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operation.

VetsEZ is qualified under the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Group of this contract in the following task areas:

Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) OneIT

Period of Performance:   October 20, 2018 through October 21, 2028

The SEC’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) has awarded Veterans EZ Info Inc. (VetsEZ) a prime contract on the 10-year, $2.5 billion multi-award contract vehicle to provide information technology services.  The OneIT contract scope encompasses a broad range of information technology services, and is intended as a vehicle to procure a comprehensive suite of IT services and solutions, in support of IT systems/software development in a variety of environments within the SEC.

The scope of OneIT identifies 7 Technical Functional Areas that describe IT services in areas such as: Application Management and Development, Business Solutions Delivery, IT Infrastructure and Operations Management, Information Security, Data Management, IT Governance and Technology Business Management.  In concert with SEC’s charter to support the successful growth of small businesses, the OneIT contract vehicle will serve as a critical component in achieving those objectives.
