Leadership

Mr. James Miner serves as the President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of VetsEZ. In this role, he is responsible for defining long and short-term strategies and setting goals for VetsEZ. Mr. Miner oversees all aspects of VetsEZ’s growth, maturity and operations while ensuring that the company continues to be recognized as a worldwide leader of health information technology services. Before VetsEZ, Mr. Miner worked as a principal contract specialist for US Army Corps of Engineers where he was responsible for pre-award and post-award functions. Mr. Miner is a proud Veteran who has served in US Navy for 24 years in various roles supporting forward deployed combat operations.

Mr. Sanjay Dhar serves as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Executive Vice President (EVP) for VetsEZ. In this role, Mr. Dhar is responsible for delivering innovative business and technology strategies that drive top line growth, customer value and lower costs for clients. Mr. Dhar brings over 20 years of experience in leading large-scale efforts for agile digital transformations, applications design, enterprise and cloud-based architecture, and business continuity in Federal Government agencies. Mr. Dhar holds a MS Degree in Information Systems from the Utah State University.

Sanjay Dhar 
Chief Information Officer (CIO) & Executive Vice President

Mr. Stephen Brouillard serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for VetsEZ. Assisting the CEO, Mr. Brouillard provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow VetsEZ and to ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. Mr. Brouillard is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in business start-ups, operations management, program management, sales, and tactical planning. Mr. Brouillard holds a BS degree from the University of Oregon.

Stephen Brouillard 
Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Mr. Pope serves as the Senior Vice President of Growth for VetsEZ.  In this role, he is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the company’s pursuits of new business, covering all components of the sales life cycle.  Mr. Pope brings over 18 years of federal contracting experience supporting VA, DHS, DoD, DOJ, USDA, DOL, among others.  Previously to Mr. Pope current role, he was the Director and then the VP of VetsEZ’s Service Delivery department focused on the Department of Veteran Affairs. Mr. Pope is PMP certified, a SAFe Agilist (SA), and holds a BA in Management.

Nate Pope 
Senior Vice President, Growth

Mr. William Turner serves as the Vice President of Strategy and Digital Services for HDM. He brings 30 years of hands-on experience working in large global corporations, mid-size companies and small businesses. Mr. Turner’s expertise offers key insights to executives in managing acquisitions, divestments, and enhancing business performance. He excels in aligning EBIT/EBITDA projections with real outcomes, providing direct leadership in sales and marketing, and enhancing operational processes. His focus also includes improving staff morale and retention, and establishing benchmarks for customer satisfaction.

William Turner 
Vice President, Strategy & Digital Services

Mr. Udell serves as the Vice President of Service Delivery. In this capacity, he provides leadership and oversight to the VetsEZ Service Delivery portfolio and is responsible for contract performance and customer success.  Mr. Udell brings over 20+ years of direct IT Professional Services experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense and Immigration and Naturalization Service, complimented by another decade of systems engineering and program management experience. Mr. Udell holds a bachelor of science in Information Systems and an Associates in Healthcare Management.

Jeff Udell 
Vice President, Service Delivery

Mr. Raj Nachiappan serves as the Director of Solution Architecture for VetsEZ. In this capacity, Mr. Nachiappan is responsible for delivering innovative technical designs and practical solutions to address business challenges and solve complex problems. Mr. Nachiappan brings over 17 years of experience in leading the strategy, planning, architecture, and delivery of complex Financial and Health IT programs in large federal agencies, using cloud platforms and emerging technologies. Mr. Nachiappan is a SAFe Process Consultant and holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology.

Raj Nachiappan 
Vice President, Solution Architecture

Mr. Costenbader leads the capture of new business in Federal Government IT Services. In Mr. Costenbader’s 38 years in IT services, he has led corporate business development and marketing, and has also had profit-and-loss responsibilities and oversight of IT service delivery. He has successfully captured IDIQ contract vehicles such as VA’s T4 and VECTOR, and CIO-SP3, among others.  Mr. Costenbader is a PMP certified professional and certified SAFe Specialist. He holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Computer Science from LaSalle University and George Washington University, respectively.

Senior Capture Advisor & Subject Matter Expert

Mr. Goldberg serves as Sr. Director of Digital Services. Mr. Goldberg has 33 years of experience working for and with the Federal Government. His expertise includes program, project, and product management and leadership, strategic planning, IT modernization, enterprise software implementations, client relationship building, business development, and intellectual capital development. Mr. Goldberg’s federal clients include VA, DOJ, DOI, DHS, USAID, and DoD. Mr. Goldberg holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland and Virginia Tech respectively. 

Saul Goldberg 
Senior Director, Digital Services

Mr. Ferony serves as Director of Digital Services. Mr. Ferony has 30 years’ experience in DoD, private industry, as well as state and federal government consulting. After receiving his Bacholor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Ferony began his career as a US Naval Reactor Plant, Propulsion Plant, and Electric Plant test supervisor for a nuclear submarine shipbuilder. Since then, and before joining VetsEZ, Mr. Ferony served as Engineering Manager, DevSecOps Project Manager, Consulting Services Program Director, and then an additional 13 years supporting the Department of Veteran’s Affairs in various consulting capacities, including data center management, cybersecurity, and as IT Deputy Technical Director. Mr. Ferony also holds a Master of Business Administration.

Mr. Johannesen serves as the Director of Digital Services. He is responsible for providing leadership on development, integration and support initiatives across the portfolio. He has over 30 years of IT Professional Services experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Energy, and commercial financial industry. Mr. Johannesen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Science from Kutztown University.

Paul Johannesen 
Director, Digital Services

Mr. Daniel Fink II serves as the Director of Digital Services and Cyber Security Lead at VetsEZ. In these roles he provides overall leadership for the delivery within his portfolio as well as strategic vision and leadership over the growth and delivery of Cyber Security services at VetsEZ. Mr. Fink graduated with a B.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance with a concentration in Digital Forensics from the University of Utica. He started his career as a Cybersecurity Engineer in the Health market and moved into Project and Program Management, where he led contracts providing Cyber, ITSM, and PMO services for his clients classified enterprise networks in the Federal Civilian and DoD markets. Mr. Fink is also a 22-year Veteran of the U.S. Army Reserves where he serves as a Signal Officer at USCYBERCOM. 

Daniel Fink 
Director, Digital Services

Mr. Haque serves as the Director of Digital Services. He is responsible for coordinating with clients and stakeholders, mentoring and developing resources, and leading service delivery across his portfolio. His expertise includes Cyber Security, Identity, Credentials, and Access Management (ICAM), Government and Public Services consulting, and various phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Mr. Haque brings 15+ years of experience serving multiple projects in the federal government through Deloitte Consulting and VetsEZ, including Veterans Affairs, the Department of State, and the National Science Foundation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland GC. He has a strong passion for serving our Veterans.

Director, Digital Services

Mr. Ganju serves as the Director of Digital Services, bringing over 20 years of diverse experience spanning IT consulting, Mobile Financial Services, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Federal Government sectors, including the Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Ganju’s expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of disciplines, including Portfolio Management, Product Management, Program Management, Consulting, Project Implementation, Business Analysis, Risk Management, Change Management, Business Development, Account Management, and Client Servicing. He is adept at driving strategic initiatives and aligning technology solutions with business objectives to deliver measurable outcomes. Mr. Ganju is a SAFe® Practice Consultant and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.

Vikas Ganju 
Director, Digital Services

Mr. Curtis serves as Director of Operations.  Mr. Curtis has 40 years of  experience in DoD and aerospace industry, as well as state and federal government consulting. His expertise includes program, project, operations management and enterprise architecture in IT shared services. Before joining VetsEZ, he supported the Department of Veteran’s Affairs VDIF Program since inception in 2019.  Mr. Curtis now serves as Manager of Platform Operations on the VA DevSecOps Program.  Mr. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from Wright State University.

Michael Curtis 
Program Director, IT Operations

Mr. Deveau serves as the Director of Pricing.  His is responsible for leading the pricing process for VetsEZ through the full business development lifecycle to include leading and directing price strategy, competitive analysis, price to win analysis, and ensuring the compliance and accuracy of every bid for VetsEZ.  Mr. Deveau has 20 years of experience in Federal contracting which includes operations, business development and 13 years of Federal pricing experience.  Mr. Deveau holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research from the United States Coast Guard Academy.

Steven Deveau 
Director, Pricing

Ms. Smith serves as the Director of Contracts & Regulatory Affairs.  Ms. Smith is an experienced Contracts and Procurement Professional with over 30 years of experience in Government Contracting.  Her responsibilities include cradle to grave contract and subcontract management for all contracts awarded to VetsEZ as well as providing contractual support to proposal development.  Ms. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Shepherd University as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hood College. She is also a member of the National Contract Management Association.

Earleen Smith 
Director, Contracts & Regulatory Affairs

Mr. Matthews serves as the Director of Human Resources (HR). His responsibilities include performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and employee relations. In this capacity, he ensures that HR systems and processes support VetsEZ’s strategic goals. Mr. Matthews holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from The Pennsylvania State University and is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.

Ms. Samuel serves as the Director of Recruiting. She leads the VetsEZ recruitment team, defining the opportunities, focusing on creating talent strategies, and offering solutions to our customers’ business goals and strategic objectives. Ms. Samuel has worked as a recruiter in Tokyo, Stockholm, and Washington, D.C., ranging from start-ups, Fortune 500s, and governments, bringing a unique first-hand global talent acquisition experience and perspective. Ms. Samuel is SHRM-CP certified and holds an MBA in Human Resources.
