Mr. Miner serves as the President & Chief Executive Officer of VetsEZ. In this role, he is responsible for defining long and short-term strategies and setting goals for VetsEZ. Mr. Miner oversees all aspects of VetsEZ’s growth, maturity and operations while ensuring that the company continues to be recognized as a worldwide leader of health information technology services. Before VetsEZ, Mr. Miner worked as a principal contract specialist for US Army Corps of Engineers where he was responsible for pre-award and post-award functions. Mr. Miner is a proud Veteran who has served in US Navy for 24 years in various roles supporting forward deployed combat operations. Mr. Miner studied political science at Northeastern University.

James Miner

Mrs. Miner serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations for VetsEZ. In this role, she is responsible for leading and managing business operations of the company in an efficient and effective manner. A concerned and involved contender for human betterment, Mrs. Miner’s objectives are focused on the care of individuals, families, and communities for optimal health and quality of life. Before Co-founding VetsEZ, Mrs. Miner served as a specialized ophthalmology nurse at the Sinskey Eye Institute in Santa Monica wherein she gained extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with the anatomy, physiology, and treatment of various eye diseases. Mrs. Miner attended the Casa Loma College in California.

Phon Miner

Mr. Dhar serves as the Executive Vice President & CIO of VetsEZ. In this role, Mr. Dhar is responsible for managing and overseeing various facets of VetsEZ including capture management, business development, and service delivery. Mr. Dhar brings over 20 years of experience in leading IT efforts for federal agencies in the areas of architecture, design and development of electronic health record systems, health information exchange systems and benefits management systems. Mr. Dhar has a MS Degree in Information Systems from Utah State University.

Sanjay Dhar

Mr. Brouillard serves as Senior Vice President for VetsEZ. In this role, Mr. Brouillard is focused on providing leadership, guidance and oversight on Business Operations and Service Delivery organizations, including accounting, contracts, recruitment and Human Resources (HR).  He has been instrumental in establishing the VetsEZ’s enterprise systems, which allows all on-site and telecommuting staff able to collaborate online with ease. Mr. Brouillard is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in business start-ups, operations management, program management, sales and tactical planning. Mr. Brouillard earned his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Oregon.

Mr. Kearney serves as the Vice President of Growth and Capture for VetsEZ and is responsible for developing business opportunities with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Health and Human Services, the Defense Health Agency and more. He develops positioning strategies with government customers and industry teaming partners and is responsible for implementing capture strategies, teaming strategies, competitive analysis, pricing strategies, market analysis, and provides strategic leadership and direction for large scale government contracting pursuits.  With over 20 years of experience Mr. Kearney has led over 60 successful captures. Mr. Kearney has an MBA from Johns Hopkins Cary Business International Graduate School.

Mr. Pope serves as the Vice President of Service Delivery for VetsEZ.  He provides leadership and oversight to the VetsEZ Service Delivery portfolio for our VA account and is responsible for contract performance and customer success. Additionally, Mr. Pope supports the strategic growth of VetsEZ by identifying and developing innovative solutions that solve customers needs. Mr. Pope has over 15 years of experience supporting federal and commercial clients, with a focus on health IT, cyber security and consulting services. Mr. Pope is PMP certified and holds a BA in Management.

Nathan Pope

Mr. Costenbader leads the capture of new business in Federal Government IT Services. In Mr. Costenbader’s 35 years in IT services, he has led corporate business development and marketing, and has also had profit-and-loss responsibilities and oversight of IT service delivery. He has successfully captured IDIQ contract vehicles such as VA’s T4 and VECTOR, and CIO-SP3, among others.  Mr. Costenbader is a PMP certified professional and holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Computer Science from LaSalle University and George Washington University, respectively.

Ms. Gripka serves as the Director of Marketing. In this role, Ms. Gripka is responsible for driving the development and implementation of the company brand strategy. Ms. Gripka brings over 13 years of IT experience for private and federal agencies and has a proven track record for managing teams, improving processes and exceeding client expectations. Ms. Gripka holds a bachelor of science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri.

Mike blends the ability to win new business (strategic capture and BD) with broad delivery capabilities. At VetsEZ he leverages in-depth capture strategies to pursue new opportunities on vehicles including VA’s T4NG and CIO-SP3. Mike earned his MBA at George Mason University.

Mr. Udell serves as the Director of PMO Support Programs. In this capacity, he is responsible to provide leadership and oversight across the Program Management portfolio. Mr. Udell brings over 15 years of direct IT Professional Services experience working with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Defense and Immigration and Naturalization Service, complimented by another decade of systems engineering and program management experience. Mr. Udell holds a bachelor of science in Information Systems and an Associates in Healthcare Management.
